Wallaby Images

I had the pleasure of caring for 2 Whiptail wallabies some time ago.

Where we are located these beautiful animals are usually not found, so it was with great pleasure I agreed to look after them due to the carer having had an accident and was unable to care for them for a few months.

I was surprised at the relaxed attitude of these animals, and they seemed to blend in easily with the other species of Wallabies I at the time had in care.

They were returned to the original carer after some months, and they have now been succesfully released back in their home territory.

Update

This picture was sent to me by the original carer of the whiptails, and as you can see they have done well after release, now the proud parents of a joey.
